Food Science and Human Nutrition: Feeding your Future
The Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition offers four comprehensive concentrations leading to a Bachelor of Science degree. Undergraduate students can study dietetics; food science; human nutrition; or hospitality management.
Graduate students may focus studies in food science or human nutrition.
