Food Science and Human Nutrition Sensory Labs

Located on the third floor of Bevier Hall, the Sensory Labs are used for research and instruction in Food Sensory courses.

Lighting and other environmental changes can be adjusted in the booths, which have computers where panel participants respond to questions about the products they are evaluating. Some products recently evaluated in the Sensory Labs include breakfast/granola bars, yogurt beverages, teas, and Korean wines.
