Biographical Sketch

Char Mitchell is responsible for financial accounting activities related to sponsored research projects and gifts. She helps faculty with proposal budgets and fund balances, as well as providing budget administration and fiscal planning for the department. She interacts with the Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Administration (previously the Office of Grants and Contracts) and the U of I Foundation regarding financial matters.
